It's disgusting and very in depth to add to the gross out factor. The animation is just perfect in this episode. However as a sequel, this is a superb episode and is consistently hilarious. They begin to live at his apartment, and they have to suffer through his clogging of the toilet, cleaning out his belly and watching him eat pizza in the most disgusting manner.
